Mr. Pa’alua has spent his entire career in the Retail Industry prior to joining the LIG Brand as Chief Operating Officer. Kevin has held multiple District Leader positions with Kohl’s, Sears and Bridgestone Leading up to 30 Locations and 1100 employees at his peak. His innate ability to select talent and coach teammates to exact change in work and life is his strength. Mr Paalua also takes a disciplined and tenacious approach to capitalize on solution based business synergies keeping in mind the importance of commitment and collaboration. Understanding Root cause analysis and how that correlates with Wins and Opportunities allow for Coacheable and praising moments with his Team. Kevin is dedicated to his family, team and community. Kevin has a full understanding of the importance of helping others in the community and is gaining traction in opening the Brands Non- Profit Company in 2024.
